By accessing Duelix, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the rules published on the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these conditions, you must not use the service.

You must provide truthful information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for actions taken through your account. It is forbidden to create, maintain, or operate multiple accounts to gain advantage, bypass limits, manipulate ranking, economy, rewards, events, donations, or penalties. Multi-accounting for your own benefit or for third parties may result in suspension or permanent ban.

It is forbidden to use bots, scripts, macros, exploits, account sharing, arranged results, fraud, paid wins, harassment, discrimination, threats, or any behavior that harms the integrity of the game. Chat must be used respectfully and only by adults aged 18 or older.

Accounts, characters, currencies, virtual items, ranking, inventory, and progression represent licenses for use within the platform and not property rights outside the service. Duelix may rebalance systems, reset seasons, correct inconsistencies, remove undue items, and apply rollbacks whenever necessary for security, competitive integrity, or maintenance.

Duelix is free to play, including both casual and ranked modes. Donations and paid features are optional, voluntary, restricted to adults aged 18 or older, and help keep servers, infrastructure, and development running. In exchange, the project may grant extra virtual benefits, but no card in the ranked competitive flow should depend exclusively on credits (paid currency) to be obtained. The landing page displays an 18+ rating, and chat and donation areas follow the child and teenager protection measures established by Brazilian Law No. 15.211/2025 (Digital Child and Adolescent Statute, publicly known as Lei Felca). Payments are intermediated by Stripe and Mercado Pago and remain subject to those providers' own compliance, anti-fraud, and registration checks. Virtual benefits have no real monetary value, are not an investment, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Players may choose to add and activate a compatible external source to view card names, descriptions, and images in their own experience. This configuration is individual and does not automatically change the experience of other players. Duelix does not distribute this content as a mandatory part of the service and keeps Safe Mode as a fallback.

The code, design, visual identity, original texts, and other original Duelix elements belong to the project or its licensors. Duelix is not part of Konami. Third-party trademarks, artwork, names, and descriptions remain with their respective owners.

Duelix may warn, mute chat, restrict features, remove content, suspend, or ban accounts whenever there is evidence of fraud, abuse, multi-accounting, punishment evasion, misuse of external sources, or violation of these Terms. Preventive measures may be adopted to protect the community and competitive integrity.

The service is provided as available. We may perform maintenance, limit features, change functionality, or interrupt external integrations without prior notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duelix is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or temporary unavailability, and any direct liability is limited to the amount effectively paid by the user in the 12 months before the relevant event.

We may update these Terms at any time by publishing the current version on the site. Continued use after an update means renewed acceptance. For disputes arising out of these Terms, the chosen venue is the judicial district of Maceió, State of Alagoas, Brazil, except where mandatory legal venue or exclusive jurisdiction applies.
